Digitex reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse. Termination may be immediate and without notice in cases of severe violation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
